I'm still not a Twilight lover (note the lack of RPatz icon), but I've gotta admit, the movie really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. (I'm talking about the first movie, not New Moon. I still haven't decided if I'm going to see that one or not. Baby steps, laurelnola, baby steps. *BG*)

In fact, I'll be watching Twilight again this weekend just to make sure my initial opinion was correct. (Hey, it's totally a sacrifice for editorial accuracy!)

In the meantime, I thought the Team Edward and Team Jacob members on my flist might enjoy a recent article in the Washington Post, which was written by a reluctant Twilight convert:

Apparently, being a grown woman with a taste for fine literature does not protect you from being seduced by sexy vampires and werewolves, in spite of the books' obvious shortcomings. It's good to know that if I do decide to heed Twilight's siren call (or, in Jacob's case, howl *G*), I won't be alone. :)
